I have a registered company. Can i give you invoice for my publisher revenues?

The Ministry of Finance in our country performs cross check for invoices, on electronic statement platform. Because of the high transaction amounts of our company, following and checking if you have a real, registered company in your country is hard to do. So, we do not accept invoices from you. We draw up expense bill for you and pay the withholding tax in behalf of you.
